Our skilled artists will bring it to life, making sure every bone, organ, or structure is painted with expert precision. If you select the hand-painted option, please allow an extra 5 business days—because great art takes time.

  • We want you to love your anatomical model, but if something is not quite right, here is how we handle returns.

    Return Window

    You have 30 days from the date of arrival to return your unpainted, unmodified model if you are not satisfied.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • If you are returning the model because you changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
    • If there is an issue with the product that is our fault (such as incorrect assembly, defects, or missing parts), we will cover the cost of return shipping.

    Hand-Painted Models

    • If you selected the hand-painted option, returns are still possible, but they are subject to a 20% restocking fee because our artist still needs to get paid (and trust us, they put a lot of time and skill into your piece).
    • If there is an error with the paint job, return the original, and we will create a new one for you free of charge. The artist will also receive a stern but supportive talking-to.

    Modification Clause

    • If you have painted, altered, drilled, or otherwise taken "creative liberties" with your model, it is non-returnable. We respect your artistic vision, but once you have modified it, it is officially yours forever.

    Damaged in Transit? We’ve Got You Covered

    • If your model arrives looking like it went through a zombie apocalypse rather than standard shipping, let us know immediately.
    • We will expedite a replacement and send it your way as soon as we receive the damaged product back.
    • No need to worry—we will handle this quickly so you can get back to studying, teaching, or using your model as a unique (and slightly unsettling) conversation piece.
