Every custom medical model we create is made-to-order based on your specific CT scan data, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and personalization. Because of this, all custom models are non-returnable.
What If Something Goes Wrong?
While we take great care in processing, printing, and reviewing each model, we understand that mistakes can happen. If there is an error with your model, we will make it right.
- Defective or Incorrect Models – If there is a problem with your model due to a production error, let us know immediately. We will work with you to correct the issue and provide a replacement.
- Damaged in Transit? – If your model arrives in less-than-perfect condition, contact us right away, and we will expedite a replacement once the damaged model is returned.
What Is Not Covered?
- Because these models are customized to your CT scan, they cannot be returned or refunded for reasons unrelated to defects or damage.
- Changes or modifications made to the model after delivery (including additional painting, drilling, or alterations) void any replacement guarantee.
